We didn’t quite resolve them to the extent that I would like however he was the most helpful of all the agents I spoke with and seemed to really care about the situation. I’ve been calling since March about my increase in my premium these increases happened monthly and my bill hasn’t been consistent with the amount that I originally signed for and no one has been able to provide reasoning. Benjamin went above and beyond for me and it’s appreciated."

"I would not recommend this agent's office. I worked with several of their agents regarding an issue with a discount offer on my vehicles and it was never resolved! My family and I always did our part and the agents said they would get back to us but never got back to us. After waiting several months I even had an in-person meeting where an agent attempted to sell me additional coverage even though the prior issue was never resolved! I then called and got their voicemail so I left a voicemail. I waited until the next day but got no answer. I sent an email to Chris Haftford more than a month later and waited until the following day and still NOTHING. My family and I were always polite and respectful when dealing with all their agents in-person and over the phone but these people just demonstrated lack of capability in resolving issues and breached our trust when they never got back to us. I WOULD NOT recommend this office. If you are in an emergency these are not trustworthy people to count on. This is an honest and trustworthy review.""
